Historic Langston Golf Course The First Tee of Washington, D.C. has adopted the historic Langston Golf Course, one of the three inner-city public golf facilities in Washington, DC, as its home. Langston is located in Anacostia Park on the banks of the Anacostia River less than five miles east of the Capitol. The course is bordered by the National Arboretum on the north and RFK Stadium on the south. A housing community and public school complex (elementary, middle, senior high and trade schools) are located at west entrance of the facility.

East Potomac Golf Course The First Tee of Washington, D.C. has adopted East Potomac Golf Course, another one of the three inner-city public golf facilities, as its second location. East Potomac is located on the Potomac River near the Southwest Waterfront, on the line separating D.C. and Northern Virginia.

Langston Youth Education Center All junior golf programs are free to use the Langston Youth Education Center at historic Langston Golf Course. There are 15 computer workstations with the Extra Learning Software that offers lessons in reading, writing, arithmetic and life skills.

Future Course The First Tee of Washington, D.C. currently uses Langston's driving range, USGA short game area and 18-hole golf course to teach the Par, Birdie, and Eagle golf and life skills curriculum. In addition The First Tee of Washington, D.C. runs programming at East Potomac Park. However, The First Tee of Washington, D.C. has plans to develop a 9-hole youth course, with priority use by juniors. |
